1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Events Connects services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Event Booking and Cancellation

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date receive a full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event date receive a 50% refund
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event

3. Event Rules and Regulations

  • All gaming is for entertainment purposes only
  • No real money gambling is permitted
  • Participants must be 18 years or older
  • Venue must comply with local regulations

4. Liability

Events Connects is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper insurance coverage for their venue and guests.

5. Equipment and Services

  • All equipment remains the property of Events Connects
  • Any damage to equipment will be charged at replacement cost
  • Staff breaks must be provided as per labor regulations
  • Setup and breakdown times are included in the rental period
